Don't break/crash in to a Tesla

I have no idea (beyond rough understanding) how premiums are calculated, but don't forget these two factors - Teslas are stupid dumb expensive to fix. Way more than you'd think. Mondo specialized components that need special calibration and installation methods. Labor and materials are exponentially worse than average.

Plus, it's not always someone else's fault. So it won't do you any good to have an omnidirectional HD video of your dumb self plowing into someone in front of you or backing into a parked car. It is, however, extremely useful when someone else is at fault and misrepresenting the sequence of events that led to the crash, purposefully or otherwise.
