Nope, didn’t defend Swimmuh (emblem seller) anywhere, nor his practices.

If you weren’t aware, that dude got the emblem by either a code generator or by having someone at Bungie leak it to him, or possibly leak him their whole emblem code generator since he sells so many rare ones on his private Discords.

That’s disgusting and that guy absolutely deserves banned, but thanks for saying I support him I guess when I wasn’t talking about him???

The misinformation on this topic is apalling.

I’m upset at dmg on Twitter directing hate and frustration at web developers who make services like DIM, light.gg, and TodayInDestiny, because he didn’t understand the situation either, blaming the emblem situation on “dataminers” who in this case are just the 3rd party devs who make the websites we all use to enjoy D2 more. Site developers who don’t datamine anything because they use public API data unhidden by Bungie to fuel their sites and player tools.
