Don't choose a PVP server if you're just going to complain EVERY time you get ganked...

I have only ever played on PvP servers, and I think there's a distinction between ganking someone and camping a specific person for literally an hour +.

I will try to kill most people of comparable level I see, and often even people much lower. I am a druid and have no qualms being opportunistic and ambushing people who are sitting down drinking or fighting 3 mobs or doing a difficult quest. I've played with all sorts of assholes who will do plenty of unethical shit. I've done plenty of unethical shit and enjoyed myself.

But what I won't do, and what none of the assholes I play with will do, is get a crew together just to camp someone for an extended period of time.

I'm not talking about killing a dude in your quest area repeatedly; that's just pragmatism. I'm talking about camping a singular dude for an hour+, to the detriment of your own character's progress.

Doing that, to me, says something about you. 99 percent of the playerbase will kill someone 2-3 times at the most and move on, not because they feel bad, but because any more than that starts to feel like a waste of time and frankly gets boring. I want to PvP, not just repeatedly gang bang someone who has no chance.

I think if you get more joy out of making someone miserable for an extended period of time than actually PvPing or improving your character, I have the right to call you a total assclown /shrug.
