Don't fucking work here.

I cant imagine being such a defeated human being that i spend 15+ years of my life at Walmart making slightly above minimum wage. Like dont you have any drive? I only lasted two weeks after realizing my feet werent ever going to properly recover. I wasnt about to become a pain pill popper just to get my work done. I also hated how the 15+ yr associates could just hang out and bullshit with team leads/coaches and werent held to the same metrics as new guys. I worked with 3 new people in OGP, and the team leads and coach were constantly calling us out, despite us moving like the wind, not talking to anybody, trying to get picks done in a timely manner. These fat 15+ yr associates are always just hanging out in the area just laughing and talking all shift, maybe staging a couple totes, but they moved at a snails pace compared to us. I quit after being coached for missing my lunch by one minute. Continued to work like normal rest of my shift, said ill see yall tomorrow, never went back. I felt sad seeing my young peeps get taken advantage of for a ~1,100 paycheck every two weeks. Couldnt be me
