This is exactly what he did. He got a confession from her on tape that she had a valid license and let it expire, she had a valid registration, she was aware of a warrant out for her failure to appear in court, and other things she was being arrested for. He has done all this so she cannot feign ignorance later in court. She can't go "Oh, I didn't know I needed to renew my license in Florida at least once for my common laws to take place" or whatever, she can try to pull the common law shit, but it's clear she understands what's expected of her, and she failed to do it. She literally confessess to the charges right there, save for the cocaine charge, but she didn't need to confess to that one as it was in her backpack, a personal posession.
The first 10 minutes I was like "Bro I wouldn't have the patients to do this back and forth with her" but after he got her to confess to those points and moved on she didn't even realize she had walked into the trap.
