''Don't let your imagination be crushed by life as a whole. Don't try to picture everything bad that could possibly happen. Stick with the situation at hand.'' -Marcus Aurelius

I'm sorry for your loss, I know how losing a loved one can provide a lot of pain and also fear, imbalance, existential dread all at once. I found that facing fear, and understanding it deeply and what it means and how it pertains to all aspects in your life, is the only way to gain some peace and acceptance of life and life events. That isnt easy to do. Nothing of this kind of great importance is. I started by resolving traumas, trying to not react to them but listen what they have to say, listen to the fear and all those feelings that you sense provoke something in you, that you feel stifles your life experience. Without deep understanding of ourselves we will enhance the suffering which is already inevitable, so I figure its better to at least understand and accept. Just remember it is a process, it doesnt happen instantly. Working on ourselves is the hardest thing to do, if it was easy our lives and the world wouldnt be in so much chaos.
