It takes two to tango, if you only want a partner who uses a condom then anyone who refuses should be booted.

In the moment, doesn't feel as good, blah blah blah are all excuses used by both sides. If you or anyone decides to have sex without one even though one side prefers the condoms usage, you are equally responsible for anything that comes of it.

I will guarantee, if more people would hold to their positions and beliefs on condom usage instead of compromising this would be a non issue for most. But the current environment is that if one says no without a condom, someone else will say yes or that person will be :convinced" it will be ok. So these types of people have options.
