Why don't more people do Full-Body routines?

Hard is when you watch someone you care about die. Hard is when you have to make a decision to pay your electric bill or eat. Hard is not having a clean source of water or a roof over your head.

Now that was have established my values. Based of your comment you haven't hit a 1000lbs total so let's analyze.

  1. Is it physically hard for you to eat?

  2. You are on r/fitness which has plenty of programs you can choose from. Is it hard for you to comprehend fairly basic programming?

  3. Sleep, this is easy, it's human nature. Do you have a condition preventing you from sleeping?

  4. And finally consistency. Can you physically go to the gym and do the above three things?

If I had to guess you just don't care enough. You would rather pig out on fats and carbs than hit a protien goal, Stay up and do any other activity then sleep and skip the gym because you're too tired. I'm not here to belittle you or call you out but there is a reason why you do/don't progress. This isn't hard if you truly want it.
