I don't want to take my rescue dog back, but I feel like I don't have a choice.

She has to go for long walks regularly or she is too rambunctious. We walked 3 separate times today for 1hr each time, plus 3 times for 10 minutes until she peed. (she won't just pee, have to walk her until she feels like it) I enjoy the walking and so does she, but tons of people live in the neighborhoods around me and also walk often.

With my lifestyle there is no way to keep her away from people. That's why I asked for a dog that loves people! I understand the limited interaction thing, but if she's snipping at my roommate after days of knowing him and snuggling with him I don't know what to do about it. I hear rescues slowly reveal their personalities over the course of a few weeks. Every passing day reveals a new issue she has and they are becoming more and more severe (snipping at people is the worst possible behavior). Found out she's a counter surfer, nbd I can work with it. Found out she pulls stuffing out of toys, nbd I can get different ones. But she is becoming increasingly aggressive towards people when I was told she has never been aggressive. This is unacceptable for my conditions. If it was LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE I would be working with her happily to resolve the issue. But people aggression can't happen.
