Of course a five year old can play by themselves in their room, that’s not the problem. I’m just saying they shouldn’t necessarily be left entirely alone. A young kid can get hurt at anytime from many things so it’s best to keep a close eye on them. And yes I was raised to make sure my younger sibling wasn’t by herself when I was around, I don’t see the problem with this but ok. Just trying to make sure OP is properly watching her siblings because she did not specifically state That she was at the current time( not that she should have to but someone does, mom needs a nanny for sure and I feel bad she has to watch them all the time).
