They would be able to take the domain from you. If you use a trademark in your domain you usually get a cease and desist and they'll ask for the domain name to be pushed to their account. Some companies don't seem to care if you use their trademark. For example, Microsoft doesn't seem to care about "xbox" being in domains. So if you register a domain that will have gopro material it's a big risk using any of their trademarks in the domain name. In this situation I had registered the domain 6 months before the trademark in question was approved, so at the time of registration I was ok and I did check.
