They would be able to take the domain from you. If you use a trademark in your domain you usually get a cease and desist and they'll ask for the domain name to be pushed to their account. Some companies don't seem to care if you use their trademark. For example, Microsoft doesn't seem to care about "xbox" being in domains. So if you register a domain that will have gopro material it's a big risk using any of their trademarks in the domain name. This is the end part of an email I received from plenty of fishes lawyers for a trademark infringement. In this situation I had registered the domain 6 months before the trademark in question was approved, so at the time of registration I was ok and I did check. I explained I had registered the domain before their trademark and they could the domain. I did refused to sign their form. Another time a popular signer was trying to take one of my domains they didn't have the trademark to. I told them to sue me.

"Plentyoffish Media Inc. has several options to enforce its legal rights. It can submit the matter to the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers to be resolved under its Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy ("the Policy") and seek a ruling that the Domain Name be transferred to Plentyoffish. The Policy can be found at http://www.icann.org/udrp/udrp-policy-24oct99.htm.

Second, Plentyoffish can file a lawsuit against your firm seeking: (i) preliminary and permanent injunctions, (ii) money damages, (iii) compensation equal to your firm's profits, (iv) reimbursement for Plentyoffish attorney's fees (because of your firm's blatant and intentional acts), and (v) that your firm compensate Plentyoffish for damage to Plentyoffish's goodwill.

Plentyoffish prefers to resolve this matter without taking legal action. You may avoid legal action by having an authorized representative of your firm sign the statement below and return the signed statement to me within ten (10) business days from today"
