You're asking a lot for 50 bucks and you come off as a client who likely expects responses at 2am, won't be surprised. 2 days and you go crazy? These things take time and by the looks of it the designer was trying to do a quick job, grab his money and run..the only rational thing to do for 50 bucks. You however expected a lot for 50 bucks and I'm guessing the designer tried but when it got to a point where you still weren't happy, they either was starting to lose interest because it was a lot of hassle for 50 bucks and contemplated refunding you OR they were trying out a few more iterations before they mailed you once and for all. When you get a week of no replies you got a problem and stop contacting them constantly asking for updates. As and when it's done people will fucking mail you, really. For the rest of you, this is the kinda client you don't want, the one that doesn't really need a designer, they want a pixel pusher...a monkey, just look at the images. OP going on and on about how about you do this, how about that....micromanaging at it's worst. You're hiring a designer because you trust they will do a better job at it, but OP is merely there to tell you what to do based on what they want with 0 creative input from you.
