Ordered an upper from BCA on friday because I received a 15% discount code via email for being a 'Loyal customer'. After completing the order I noticed I was charged the full amount. I contacted custer service who basically tried to put blame on me every chance(first i must have entered it wrong then it was not valid for MAP items). I showed them that their site was at fault and that when I logged into my account and completed the order it invalidated the discount code. This leads me to believe that the code was valid when I placed my order but that their system invalidated it during processing and charged me the full price. I was told they can't change the order or add the code after it was placed and offered a gift card for a future purchase, I refused and want the $45 refunded to my CC, as any business can do that and I don't trust that I won't be charged an amount higher than I agreed to again.

Moral of the story, don't trust BCA discount codes as their system can invalidate them after you select place order. Ofcourse returning for a full refund is possible but I would be paying full price anyway as the code is invalid now due to it expiring 4/10 and I shouldn't have to send it back as I was charged an amount that I did not agree to in the first place. They also chose to ignore me until the product was shipped out (I contacted them 30sec after completing the order they responded the day its supposed to be delivered)
