I can. There is no cure for IBS and medication isn't all that helpful.

Ulcers are not caused by food, a bacteria called h. Pylori causes them so you gotta take antibiotics to get rid of them. Espresso may be irritating bc of the acid, and make IBS worse, but absolutely does not cause ulcers.

The stomach mainly functions to mix food w acid and send it on to the gut where digestion takes place. An endoscopy wouldn't be terribly helpful.

There is no such thing as a gut whisperer. ibs is fairly non specific and can be hellacious. The GI tract is the largest organ in the body and has it's own nervous system, and when its unhappy it really can feel all-consuming.
