Double standards of consent/ sexual assault

No this is wrong on all grounds...

Feminism is advocacy of the rights of women (based on the theory of equality of the sexes) - Oxford Dicitionary

Note 'Rights of Women' and 'Equality of Sexes'. Feminism is based on the faulty idea that the inequality of sexes (Which in other words we call as sexism) only affects women which is why according to Feminist theory, by advocating for rights of women we establish the equality of sexes.

This is the reason why it is Feminism not Humanism. Notice the word 'Fem' in Feminism. Feminism as a movement is not anti-patriarchy, Feminism as a movement is only against 'One side of Patriarchy' (The side which disfavors women) while ignoring the other one thinking that bottom 99% of the men (The working class men) are not in any way negatively affected by the society that has only benefited top 1% of the men (The actual 'patriarchs').

The truth about Men's rights being co-opted by Feminists is that they will never support Men's rights in fact in some cases the opposite. A lot of feminists feel that by including Men's rights they are distracting people from issues faced by women, hence instead of fighting for men's rights, they actively fight against it.
For e.g. ever wondered why 'Rape' in India is still only recognized as 'Penis penetrating Vagina' and not just as non-consensual sex? It is because Feminists believe that by legalizing the fact that Women can rape Men, men will be able to file reverse charges against any rape charges filed against them. This would mean that they would actually have to look into 'Who raped whom' instead of blindly sentencing man to prison.
u/lolopeia you were sexually assaulted by a woman, would you still believe that Feminists are pro-men's rights knowing that the reason why Women raping Men is not recognized in India is because of Feminsts themselves!?

I am not anti-Feminist and I am not against the rights of women, but Feminism by no means includes men's rights and people should stop falling for this trap.
