Doublelift Retires

From my knowledge, the Huni deal was banking on trading Lost for him, so that will probably fall through. Their arnt many NA tops available at that point, so TSM look to be going with Dhokla, or someone even less known for top.

The swordart deal was hinted at falling through, and the fact DL is retiring kinda supports that idea, it would make since he wouldnt want to play another year this late in his career if TSM didnt land the swordart deal for him to have a world class support.

So now TSM are already showing huge weakness in top and support, and Lost is looking to be the ADC. One positive is that Lost I think should be an NA resident next year because he was from OCE which is gone now and moved residency to LCS, so TSM can still work with an import somewhere on the roster.

Sadly, if this was known before hand, TSM probably would have rolled with a resident support and kept BB, but they already let him go so thats a burnt bridge. Maybe they import a top now and change up their game plan? The biggest issue is this is being decided after free agency already began, so many big names already got signed, so finding a top import is pretty doubtful at this point.

This seemed like a reaction from DL due to the combined outcome of bjerg retiring, and im assuming the swordart deal falling through. He probably doesnt want to play another year on a team that didnt land a top tier roster to possibly try to get him out of groups at worlds another time. DL has won LCS so many times, im sure his main goal is worlds, and if he doesnt think the roster is good enough their then he leaves.

Im really thankful for DLs contribution to TSM, we probably dont win last split without him, and he was part of the best TSM roster to exist so far. The man is clearly a GOAT of LCS. But im also left with a sour taste in my mouth because this is the second time he has quit TSM while under contract.
