DPReview.com to close

Dear Friends,

I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of DPReview.com. As a long-time reader and enthusiast of the website, I know firsthand the invaluable contribution it made to the world of digital photography and beyond.

DPReview.com was more than just a website; it was a community of passionate photographers who shared their knowledge, experience, and love of the craft. Its insightful reviews, in-depth analyses, and comprehensive coverage of the latest trends and technologies set a high bar for other photography websites to follow, and its forums provided a platform for photographers to connect, share, and learn from one another.

The loss of DPReview.com is a great one, and I offer my sincerest condolences to its founder, staff, and all those who were part of its vibrant community. The impact it had on the world of digital photography will be felt for many years to come.

Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. May DPReview.com rest in peace, and may its legacy continue to inspire and inform photographers around the world.

With deepest sympathy,
