Yes, absolutely! I've watched at least a 100 of her videos, and hers and the Surviving Narcissism channel with Les Carter was the first time I really learned about narcissism. I watched a ton of them and connected it to my own reflections and experiences in life, and now I feel I got a pretty darn good idea of what narcissism is, all the way down to milder narcissistic traits, patterns and people.

Those two channels are absolute goldmines for figuring out how to separate healthy from unhealthy social dynamics. It's also extremely scary, because you realize how many things you shrugged off in life that were actually not healthy. You also learn to appreciate the few truly healthy people a lot more.
