Dr Rossi information

HAD TO UPDATE THE POST BELOW With the need to keep warning about the disastrous outcome of my surgery with Dr Rossi and T.Change, here again is a link to see my CT scan. The scan was taken about a week after my second surgery with Dr Ross, in October 2015. It shows the mess that he had previously made of my forehead surgery, which was done in September 2014, and the utter destruction of my chin in the October 2015 surgery. If you look closely at the scan you can see that the chin Mental nerve housings have been cut right through. The nerves have been completely severed through, and I have no feeling in my bottom lip and whole chin whatsoever as a consequence of this barbaric action by Dr Rossi. The chin has now 'Fallen', so it is hanging down beneath were it used to be on my face. It looks terrible, and I'm unsure if it will ever be able to be corrected. http://i1280.photobucket.com/albums/a484/chrisgeorgev/3D%20Scan1%202_zps5yquse1t.jpg http://i1280.photobucket.com/albums/a484/chrisgeorgev/c7291050-c6d4-4c9c-bc84-cc9f14d7f7b9_zpsjy10ey3y.jpg http://i1280.photobucket.com/albums/a484/chrisgeorgev/24f638a2-49e5-4245-8ae5-2e80fd986234_zpspjjiwk1v.jpg I started getting real problems with my forehead, squishing noises, pain and headaches. Apparently this was something to do with my sinuses being exposed? I've since been to Facial Team to try to get these issues addressed, at great expense. I hope that you girls learn from my mistakes, just remember 'Cheap is very Expensive', and sometimes irreparable......and it's your one and only 'face', so do not risk it by going cheap. UPDATE REGARDING THE MESSAGE BELOW THIS ONE I didn't manage to answer this message before it was 'Archived'. I don't recall publicly writing anywhere about my FT experience. Whoever wrote the message was someone who I have written or spoken to privately. Someone who wants to discredit me perhaps, because they think that I am going to say something bad regarding my experience with FT, or more likely because of what has gone before regarding Dr Rossi or Cardenas. Still the CT Scans are all the proof and information that you need to help you decide who not to go to for your FFS. Simply Dr Rossi did not have the intricate up to date technology and instruments to perform such surgery, to achieve good results every time. They were still using very crude and basic methods and surgical equipment. The CT scans show this clearly. Of course it's now been 3 over years since my first surgery with Dr Rossi and a lot has changed in Argentina. They are more free to, and it is far easier to, import equipment from other countries and overseas. Cardenas now has his own modern hospital, and in 2016 was finally recognised by the U.S as a PLASTIC SURGEON. I went to Cardenas in 2013 when he was still carrying out his surgeries in the basement of the very old building where he had his offices. FFS is a real Golden Goose for the cosmetic industry, and when certain surgeons jumped on the band wagon, they made a lot of money whilst hurting and damaging some people a long the way, as they learnt the intricacies of FFS. I was one of those people.... just bad timing and bad luck for me. MESSAGE FROM 'The-Moon-on-my-legs' I hate to see people bashing surgeons who have been great assets for the trans community for years or decades. They have good reputations that wouldn't have built up if they hadn't improved or even saved the lives of many of us and you can find accounts of all these happy people all over the internet. I really hope these surgeons can keep being available for us for a long time in spite of being the target of hate bombings like this which surely are hurting them and their practices. Some people try to make others think the bad results they got guarantee that everybody else is going to have bad results as well. I am okay with someone posting a bad experience on a forum. I hate to see these posts turned into a hateful campaign devoted to scare people away. I followed the OP's surgical journey since she started bashing Dr. Cardenas on Susan's FFS forum, she used every chance she had to post something bad about Dr. Cardenas, how he had ruined her face, how disastrous the result was, that he wasn't qualified to perform any kind of FFS on anybody because he wasn't a maxillofacial surgeon. Then she went to Dr. Rossi for revisions and started to praise the results she got from him, in spite of needing some touchups from him that she was eagerly looking for, which she got, just to change her mind radically and start to bash Dr. Rossi everywhere and as many times as she could. Now she wrote that she seems to not be happy with the 4th touch up she just got from Facial Team. What an awful run of bad luck. She wrote she was a professional boxer for years, so I wonder how many of the things shown in the CT scan are a result of the surgeries and how many were the consequence of a lifetime of professional boxing. How can anybody be sure that the metal inserts are not meant to repair and give support to bones that were already damaged before the surgeries. We are not surgeons to tell, we didn't see any CT scan taken before the surgeries so we shouldn't blame surgeons so easily, especially if they are 3 different surgeons in a row. I usually sympathize with trans people having bad results from surgery as everybody is subject to get them including myself, and every surgeon has some failures in their records, but some people just have issues that are not gender related. They have goals that are impossible to achieve, ideal images of themselves that are not plausible. They can have all the surgeries they want... still bad. Outside and inside. I got my FFS done by Dr. Rossi and couldn't be happier. Really, I couldn't be happier and more grateful for how Dr. Rossi turned my life into something better. Many people got great results from Dr. Cardenas as well and from Facial Team. Posts and campaigns like this are meant to push surgeons out of the medical business, which would be a great loss for the rest of us
