The fact is that the vast majority of rapes do not even reach the stage of prosecution as any number of statistics will tell you. The problem isn't abusers - male or woman - being unfairly accused, it's the victims - male or woman - who are let down by the police and intimidated out of coming forward.

That's why the Harvey Weinsteins of this world get away with it for decades and harm multiple victims before anything is done.
