If you didn’t actually drink it, then the chances of getting an illness are practically non-existent. You are, in overwhelming likelihood, completely fine. Any infection you would be likely to obtain isn’t going to kill you or anything anyways. You may just end up experiencing some nausea/abominable pain at some point. Things that will easily be cleared up by a visit to the doctor.

Also, you would most likely have already experienced symptoms of something if you ingested something from contaminated water that would cause an illness.

I wouldn’t worry about it. Just go to the doctor in a week. If you’re very worried (you shouldn’t be), then just go to a walk in clinic. You don’t have to make an appointment.
