to be fair this is the type of person who belongs in a different type of prison; there is lots of talk about prison reform and this and that. I believe we already have different types of prisons for different types of offenders so maybe I'm well behind on this one. The last governor in jail talked about his prison stay and said he was in one with basically no security and he could have walked out at anytime. Apparently he didn't because....well I guess he wasn't a run threat and was willing to serve his sentence. He maintains his innocence for what it's worth. Based on the interview I saw he was hard not to believe. He stated they never found any actual money funneled to him regarding the license scam or whatever it was. Have to wonder if the real criminals were never caught.
