Yung mga nagsasabi dito na mababa ang sahod, sila yung mga inofferan ng mababa. May mga taong tinatawag na "ceiling pay", which is na-offeran nung max salary ng particular level na yun. In my experience kokonti lang mga ito, kaya mas maririnig mo yung mga nagcocomplain dito, and you really had to shine sa interview at educational background to be given this pay.

The salary difference is huge, and I say, HUGE. Like 5 digits difference in some cases, for the same level ah.

As for the workload, it depends project to project like any other consulting firm. But ACN has 10hrs of work, as opposed sa iba na 8hrs lang. The benefits + differential pay is one aspect that they win on though, compared sa competitors. Otherwise, typical big company.
