Drill sergeants

They're professionals and understand that this shit isn't a joke. As pathetic as it sounds, going through BCT was/is one of the hardest things I've went through in my life. It has made me more resilient than I ever thought I could be, made me learn countless lessons like never giving up and learning how to say "no" to people, tolerating bullshit, understanding the dynamics of relationships and teamwork, how to be a good leader and not a dipshit who thinks leadership means bossing people around and yelling at them, etc. I can go on and on about how BCT has molded me into the person I am today, but no one wants to read that shit. They want to hear about how laughable it is and all the funny stories.
