Drivers who travel in the middle lane, why?

In metro areas I take the middle lane and one over from far right. The merging traffic where people get run off onto the shoulder if they don’t merge makes me feel a twinge of sorry for them so I avoid that by taking the next lane over. 2) exits that have stopping traffic nearly to the freeway can cause a serious safety issue. Cars do indeed jump in front of me only to find out there’s no room but they stop on a dime. It’s safer not to be there.

Sometimes also, I can see some are irritated and I don’t care. They don’t drive a semi most of them. They barley know how to drive a car/pickup/suv a lot of them.

Pass me on the right in that case. I frequently do things that help four wheelers and they just don’t realize it. But in metro areas I take a lane over from the right most times.
