Dropped airpod in toilet with urine

If you do not have the funds to get new TWS earbuds, then you'll probably be inclined to keep it. It's not advisable due to sanitary, health, etc. concerns but if you have no budget, it is what it is.

Some people use 90+% isopropyl alcohol and submerge their dirty/etc. IEMs/TWS earbuds. But keep in mind that this can destroy the coating, glue, etc. of the IEMs/TWS earbuds. So ya, it's icky and not worth it to keep something that's been in the toilet.

For now, just let it dry for say a week and keep wiping it with the Lysol, isopropyl alcohol, et cetera. Do not keep wearing them and hope that you don't get an ear infection, just leave them by the window so that they dry with the sun/etc.

Try not to get stem style TWS earbuds (like the AirPods) as those have little to no ear tips and they won't be secured to your ears. Like with stem style TWS earbuds you have to always be aware of fast/sudden/etc. movements as they will easily fall off. IIRC there's actually aftermarket wingtips/earhooks for stem style TWS earbuds though, try those, some of them are on Amazon.

Look into small, flush, et cetera TWS earbuds instead. Those will often come with their own earhooks, wingtips, etc. for better stability/fit security/etc.
