'The Drug Whisperer': some drivers are getting arrested for driving stoned, even when their drug tests came back clean

Yes, exaggeration is often the only way to get the point across... there is an Easter egg somewhere in here, anyways...

I'm not trying to be rude to you, but I sometimes just don't understand that particular limited perspective, but again, not directed at you specifically. With that being said...

Size is everything, literally, figuratively, metaphorically, and imperially. To say that 82 million people in a smaller country is equal to 300 million people in a larger country isn't true, i.e.

China has 1.5 billion people, and is smaller in land mass compared to the U.S.
    Q. So tell me, who's law enforcement have you deemed more corrupt? Are you basing this on actual figures, or what stories you've heard and chose to believe?

    A. >I also stated in [this post here](https://www.reddit.com/r/news/comments/6ako4e/ the_drug_whisperer_some_drivers_are_getting/dhfxem4/) that this view probably is massively biased due to the fact that you only tend to hear from negative cases.
