'The Drug Whisperer': some drivers are getting arrested for driving stoned, even when their drug tests came back clean

cool story bro. my argument has remained consistent: bicycle + public road = severe penalty/dui.

I'm not arguing that a bicycle is as dangerous as a car. I am saying that a bicycle on a public road with cars is dangerous enough because cars. Its cars. The car is the issue. The car on the road is the issue. You see? No fucking shit a bicycle won't plow through your living room. But hey, choosing to create a situation where a car can lose control is pretty fucking dangerous, right? So yeah, jump on a bike drunk and go fuck with cars. Hopefully the car only strikes you and nothing else happens. Air bags go off in the car. seatbelts do their job. insurance covers counseling. All the passengers are safe. Other traffic on the road is able to come to a safe stop and youre the only one injured or dead because you choose to create an increased risk of danger.

Tons of people die on bicycles every year vs driving, mr. straw man. I've lost friends to traffic accidents, car vs bicycle. none of them were intoxicated (car and cyclist). cycling on a public road is definitely an increased risk and the car always wins.
