Druidic Descendant

With stats like those I'd actually suggest playing a Wildhunt Shifter. Its stat bonuses are +2 wisdom, +1 dexterity so assuming you can rearrange that array I'd make the stats 18 14 16 9 14 11 - great strength and constitution, dexterity is just right for medium armor, and wisdom is high enough to emulate animalistic instincts. Good Barbarian stats.

The key feature of the Wildhunt Shifter is that when they shift, they negate all advantage against them for the duration of one minute. This can be used offensively by using reckless attacks without the penalty, but also defensively by shifting when an enemy blinds you or restrains you, or uses some other effect that would give them advantage. My personal favorite is to drop prone while shifted - ranged attackers have disadvantage, and melee attackers are forced to make regular attack rolls.
