Honest answer- dirty rushing just makes the process easier. You get a kid drunk, introduce him to some girls, and if they like to party they’ll usually sign their bid that night.

Just because you can’t do that doesn’t mean you won’t get a good class, it just means you’ll have to put effort in. You’ll actually have to talk to these dudes and get to know them, and learn how to sell your fraternity as the best option. You can’t be lazy anymore. Have cool events and show them that you all have the type of brotherhood where you actually like each other sober.

Basically, remember that just because it’s tougher doesn’t mean it’s impossible. You’ll just actually have to start trying.
