Dublin is such a shithole of a city, an experience of anti social behaviour

I know and understand that, and I know addictions formed in early adulthood and childhood(seen it happen time and time again) can be hard to kick, but addicts in city center Dublin have SO many resources available to them(and, they aren’t scarce or hard to get into) - CE schemes, free rehab, community schemes, fas, youthreach, free counselling, access to housing(hostels, which you won’t get kicked out of unless you act like a complete scumbag in, and can be used to claim welfare via) - I get feeling sorry, but if you feel sorry for people with this many resources available to them and still choose to act how they do, it’s just foolish and bleeding heart BS.
