I dunno what to do

I’d also recommend getting a planner or use the calendar on your phone. Load up your free time with a bunch of different things to do. You don’t have to do everything, but it can serve as a reminder of things you can do sober. I loaded one with 3 weeks worth of aa meetings before work, during lunch, and after work. I also made it a point to hit meetings close to home, close to work and anywhere in between til I found the right group/time/day that best fit my needs. You can also scout Facebook events for some fun stuff to do! I found a lot of 5ks, art festivals, holdiday bazaars, yoga classes, and certain meet ups for my interests. Also - find a tv show you can binge regardless of where you are. I pay 15/month for hbo max to stream friends and bug bang theory. I do this during lunch, at the gym and at night. I can pick up from any episode and have a good laugh. Commit to learning to be healthier while tapering off alcohol. Invest in some kitchen appliances and cook books. try new recipes. If you can -meal prep! It my favorite Sunday activity! Between my weekly trips to Costco and wegmans I can now cook everything Sunday and have meals for the week. Have fun! I used to fear boredom while still drinking. Now, 9 months sober, there usually isn’t enough time in the days and weeks to accomplish everything. But I have a clear head and focus on staying sober one day at a time .
