That's the thing, you didn't present it as your opinion. Here's an example:

"I don't like Ubisoft for a lot of reasons, and that's my opinion." That indeed looks like an opinion.

"Ubisoft is a trash company." That looks like a fact said by a biased and subjective person.

I personally don't think Ubisoft should where they're at, I think they're pushing the industry downward, I've personally had to call them out on their copy pasting habits in order for them to fix online features in WD2, and that's my experience. But if I go boast "Ubisoft is trash and their games look awful" I just pass as a regular hater.

We're stuck in semantics yes, but it's in subtleties that communication becomes efficient.
