EA reduced the cost of heroes in Battlefront 2, but forgot to mentioned they reduced your rewards. Do not believe their "changes"

Here is mine:

To Whom It May Concern,

I just want to express my frustration as a consumer at how poorly the Star Wars franchise is being handled by Electronic Arts. They have taken a sure-thing franchise and turned it into a pitiful excuse for a game, making obvious attempts to do nothing but drain the consumer of money. They have make a progression system that not only encourages spending extra money for what should be obviously included content (such as playing as Darth Vader or Luke in a Star Wars game), but also makes it basically impossible to unlock all of these characters otherwise.

EA has taken a once beloved franchise in the Star Wars universe and made a complete mockery of it. Their "apologies" and "changes" have been nothing but smokescreens, never actually owning up to their mistakes, but rather, seemingly blaming the series fans in the process. When they've made changes, they publicly announced all of the positive things that they know consumers will love (We dropped hero prices!) while hiding other changes that essentially nullify the positives (dropping end game credit payouts by 75%).

Unless something is done, EA is going to destroy the good name of Star Wars in the video game realm irreparably. I feel like all attempts by us, the fans, to communicate this to EA have fallen on deaf ears. They clearly are only out to make money and not contribute to the Star Wars legacy that fans have grown to love. I hope that by contacting you, Disney, that something can be done. There are many of us who would love to see the franchise succeed, but EA has taken it too far this time. I'm sure you've seen the news and I don't need to explain further.

Help us, Disney; you're our only hope.
