Sometimes you just gotta move on. I bought for honour, played for about 20 minutes and had to go out, came back played for another half hour and thought it's not for me, and applied for my refund having played less than an hour, well within my 2 hour limit on steam. However at the time there was a glitch In an update patch that left a secondary process running so it logged nearly 5 hours of game time. I found loads of posts mentioning this issue, ubi said they would refund me but couldn't as I bought it through steam who said no and there wank ticket method made it too much of a ball ache to continue. Tl;dr same shit different day, let it go and save yourself the stress
