Each Game I get After I Pay For My Pc...

Idk bro. From years 8-20, I spent every hour I possibly could playing video games once I got home from school/class. First it was CoD, then League of Legends, then Hearthstone, then Counter Strike, then Overwatch, then Rocket League, and a few hundred single player games in between. That was all I thought about. Getting home from school to turn on my computer/PS3/PS4 and drown myself in video games the rest of the night until I had to go to sleep.

Last year, I set video games aside and started focusing on college and experiencing things outside of video games. I wanted to be more dedicated in school, socialize more, exercise more, travel, do shit I've never done before.

Well since I turned 21 a year ago, my life has changed pretty drastically. I exercise multiple times a week. I'm got accepted into the nursing program the next semester around. I went to Europe for 3 weeks this past summer and am planning a similar trip next summer. I go to the bar and socialize a lot now (something that was way outside my comfort zone in the past). I spend more time with friends/people in person. Now, I'm in the grind of semester finals and I can't really do much else, but I actually kind of like the stress that comes with it. It builds some character.

The last video game I played was Assassin's Creed Odyssey and it was really god damn fun. I touch games every once in awhile now, but it's not the same as it used to be. A couple hours here and there. I used to sink ~18 hrs a day on the weekend like it was normal. Now, it's not like that anymore. And I'm glad it's that way. Life is so much different now and it's fun going in a different direction.
