Early MLB Offseason Moves That Could Be Massive Busts.

Title very misleading. Trashy work by bleacherreport.

Cano is gonna sell tickets and jerseys because it's New York. They're gonna make up for it. And Diaz is not gonna make eight figures, wtf? The largest first time arbitration of any pitcher is recorded at 7.5m by Dallas Keuchel. By a reliever? If i remember right, its Dellin Betances for like 3m.

Kershaw's extension? Do I even have to say anything?

Josh Donaldson's one year? How is it a bust if you sign a player for a year...

25m for 3 year for a heat throwing reliever who just proved that he is a big game pitcher is a no waste. And even if it doesn't turn out that well, it's still not very expensive considering today's prices on pitchers.

3 year 30m on Lance Lynn is a no choicer. This free agency is very limited with talent. Plus, he's a lefty who doesn't walk a lot. 10m a year for a lefty starting pitcher is a steal.

Eovaldi one is actually legit though.

Patrick Corbin I don't have much say.
