Early weight loss stall?

Weight Maintenance 2888 kcal Your Target 2311 kcal Deficit 577 kcal

This is what it gave me 20% deficit. So this is pretty much what i am doing.. Just that im definitely not getting 110g of protein thats insane. Without that yogurt that had 25g of protein it will be even harder. Im not sedentary, i lift heavy 3 times a week on full body schedule. I squat 3x/week, deadlift 2x/week.

Btw it says "If you stick to 30g of carbs, 110g protein, and 195g fat, you will eat 2311kcal and lose 2.2kg (4.8lbs) in the first month." thats like insanely low pace 2 kilos in 4 weeks? on a diet like keto seems insanely slow and really low. Dunno maybe my expectations are just unrealistic lol. I know its a long journey but 2 kilos in 4 WEEKS? thats sounds just slowish. Or maybe the honeymoon of really fast loss ended and now its just how reality is ? I thought i could keep losing like 1kg/week for at least another 10 kilos, i mean im fat as fuck i have a lot to lose.
