I eat one meal a day and it’s fast food. I’ve done this for over a year. I need help

Definitely smoothies. Grab a banana, 2 cubes of frozen spinach, handful of frozen strawberries, spoon of peanut butter, protein powder if you use that, fill it up with milk, blend until smooth. Takes 2 min and almost no dishes. Throw in a handful of oatmeal to make it more filling.

As for healthy eating, it's fairly simple. Food is not made in factories, it's processed there. You want non-processed food. This will not be attainable for you until you get some skill cooking, but my rule is I have to make everything I want to eat myself. I can have burgers every day of the week if I want, and it won't even be that bad for me because I don't put so much crap in my food. A burger is just bread (get it dark, lots of micronutrients and fibers), some veggies (the fresher the better, frozen is freshest), and meat (the animal is what it eats too, remember this when buying meat, quality over quantity).

If you've been eating fast food a lot, you're probably low on a lot of micronutrients, the minerals and vitamins etc you get from mainly veggies. Try getting some bread and cheese or meat, whatever you prefer, then decorate it with some green salad, tomatoes, cucumber, whatever, load on the veggies (and maybe some butter - real, grassfed is best). 1 min and the only cleanup is a knife.

I could keep going for a few hours I think, but you already have way too much to read. Good luck!
