ECG of a massive STEMI someone posted in a facebook group I’m in

Don’t even try to lie. That is not going to serve you well in medicine. You’re a billy bad ass 4th year med student. You need a big old slice of humble pie friend. Your first comment was calling V7-V9 inferior leads. The comment by the other nurse below that corroborates that. And then you changed it so you don’t look like an idiot. And then you lied about it. Your credibility is null. Good luck becoming a physician with this massively inflated ego and know it all attitude, along with lying to cover up your mistakes / lack of knowledge. Being a 4th year med student is an accomplishment sure, but you’ve got a long long road ahead of you still and a lot more learning to do. Especially when it comes to dealing with your colleagues in medicine. Grow the hell up. In medicine we work as a team and we admit when we are wrong and own our mistakes, and we learn from them. We don’t lie and cover them up. That kills patients and destroys your credibility as a provider. And everyone from attendings to nurses will see it plain as day. You better learn that, and soon. The attitude of billy bad ass “I’m a 4th year med student, what up”, is not going to get you far. You do not know everything.
