Echo Fox coach Inero steps down

... Ugh, not sure if trolling or if just that.. Ok, try and follow along. He is bailing on his team halfway through the split for another job.. he already knows what that job is.. you understand this, yes? So him saying "I won't pursue jobs with rival orgs this split" is entirely fucking meaningless since he already has his next job..

Also, unless you are fired you are generally still covered by non-competes so joining another org within NA this split is likely not even something he could legally do. He could be the exception but I've worked on a number of these employment contracts within the LCS and almost all of them contain strict non-compete clauses except in the case of termination. So either he is getting fired (which doesn't seem to be the case) or his bold, 'classy' statement of "I won't join a rival org this split" is completely fucking meaningless twice over.

I'm not even going to bother getting into the argument over whether a sporting team's coach leaving mid-season is 'standard' or not.. It isn't, at all, and what exceptionally few times it has happened have caused tremendous drama and backlash against the coach. He isn't bailing on a 7/11, kid; he is leaving an entire organization and crop of players holding their dicks while he bails with the absolute smallest amount of notice he is required to give.

I wish him well, and don't really give two fucks about EF either way, but seeing kids in here buy into hollow bullshit PR statements like this every time someone does something that is actually pretty shady gets really irksome.
