Edinburgh Labour led council and COSLA rejects a 5% pay rise before strike action was taken. Choosing to leave the capitals streets in a state.

Man I was looking into things a bit over the past 5-6 months. I don’t think things are ever going to get better. I mean things were paused since 2008 but when you look at housing, pension, energy, food, salary. It’s never actually going to get better. How can it?

It’s not just a Scottish or UK problem. The time of plenty seems to be over. No one really seems to be alarmed by it. Every day you see politicians making short term headline grabbing promises and every day you hear we are at the most technically advanced our civilisation has ever been in, the vast majority of people are working often bringing in 2 wages and everywhere is a shithole. My town looks like shit, it’s run down and mostly closed.

Where is all the money at? Where is it all going?

I’m just a loser who ended up with a a wee bag of crypto because I once sold soap bar on the Silk Road. “I’m alright Jack” but I’m not really alright and starting to just wonder where everything is going.
