A degree is a typical requirement from most businesses so it'll surely help you get past HR screening tools. Experience will get you the job and certs will help put you at the top of the pile. That being said I didn't have a degree when I first started and finding work was a little difficult and had to go to more smaller companies (150-300) to get going but am now at a 5k person company. It's all relative and obviously other people will have different stories but my recommendation is get the degree, it doesnt hurt to have, and it'll be useful if you move between companies frequently, especially if you aim towards higher level roles/management.
