Egg prices up 59.9%, butter up 31.4% since last year: report

Aw, it must be kinda hard to leave your good boi at home during the day. Idk if I’d be able to determine the level of sound proofing when touring places…it sounds like you must have to try to find out though (?)

Except for having a dog, I can really relate actually… also in my 30’s, car nearly paid off, single income, no dogs allowed where I’m renting though :(

I’m in one of the larger midwestern cities, work downtown, live ten mins away from the office but not in downtown proper. Thought I’d love my apartment when I moved here last summer, turns out I was way off lol.

Same issue with finding rental housing befitting my lifestyle that doesn’t cost $3k+ per month; don’t want to buy here because I don’t plan on staying. Planning to move back to parents’ home when my lease ends in a few months, spend only what I need to live very basically for a while and make plans to relocate to the Boston area if it seems at all feasible.

If not, maybe it’ll be time to just sell everything I own and emigrate to Ibiza or Bora Bora or wherever sounds most appealing, has decent weather, chill culture and relatively sane COL :)
