Ego death explained and how to experience it

I would like to add that I do NOT encourage the use of LSD, due to the risk involved for people predisposed for mental illnesses such as schizophrenia. LSD can also cause trauma and PTSD resulting from traumatic experiences does occur, although very rarely. Taken in a good set and setting, with the correct reprecussions taken to ensure the purity of the substance and dose, LSD is one of the safest drugs on the planet along with marijuana and other serotogenic psychedelics such as psilocybin and DMT. I do not recommend taking LSD before your an adult and your brain has fully matured mostly, even though I did it and came out fine. I tried psilocybin the first time when I was 15 and needless to say I was not ready or mature enougj. I dropped acid a couple months before my 17th birthday and it really helped me find myself, get over my insecurities and mature, but the exact opposite could also have happened. If you are a teen wanting to try psychedelics my advice is to wait until you are fully grown and mature to ensure the safest and most benefical outcome. If you do decide to do it anyway you will most likely be fine, just educate yourself and be aware of the risk and have in mind that there is no rush to try. You will have plenty of oppurtunities when you're older. Im only 19 so I am still a teen and still use psychedelics, however by now I have already exposed my mind to the infinite possibilities of LSD and have tripped well over 20 times in just 1 and a half years. It's a lot I know, but I feel very comfortable using LSD and consider the risk of it doing harm to me now as very unlikely. Once you have been there a couple times you sort of get used to the experience and it doesn't blow your mind away quite as much, but I still enjoy it and find it beneficial to refresh my mind every couple of months to stay aligned and remind myself what I have realized.
