Sadly all of the ROE talk was over the phone and I didn’t phone record it, the texts we have do prove that I did request some type of leave but it’s impossible to technically prove since what happened on that call would all be he said she said. I do write every event down regarding work down in a journal but again, that’s not proof since that’s me writing down what happened and under the eye of the law what I write means absolutely nothing.

No my 16 hours is less than but she gave me a bunch of extra shifts in April because someone at my workplace caught COVID-19 and took 2 weeks off. So all that math is complex. My math says it is over $1k but only when all 4 weeks are put together but I only reported half of April’s period due to the governments refusal to allow me to report. Then when I look at how much I’m getting paid it absolutely isn’t over $1k. So none of it makes sense to me. I’m absolutely horrible with money calculations and I just want this nightmare over. If I don’t qualify I want to give it back because I don’t wanna be fined or jailed for fraud. If I do then I’m happy to keep it as it will allow me to not end up homeless next year unless I find 100% stable income.
