I really don’t want to mention any names but So called special package is only for immediate next of kin, let’s say the soldier had a wife and parents the benefit is few lac rupees that will go to the wife and parents will only get the respect which one can eat for few days but doesn’t last very long,

I know a Capt who was married with a Cols daughter she took the few lac and the plot which army gave and his old parents were left abandoned now they have to rely on family and donations to support them, it hurts me the chap belonged to a poor family the army just gave him tamgh e basalat and fobbed off.
