[Lol, no. There is a middle ground between a months-long approval process and just not asking any questions. What about the same approval process but stipulating that at the end of next year, if they sustained no losses, that they would have to repay the money?

The way it is set up now lends itself to the fastest people getting the most money & the people with more complicated businesses or the ones who want to wait to be absolutely sure that they can't survive without help - those are the ones who are going to get hurt.
