EIDL increase megathread

Thank you, as many others here I respect your opinion but I spoke with a tier 2 and my case manager. From what they are telling me is the ppp was set on 2019 operations but the EIDL was for any business in operation prior to Feb 15 2020. Also I applied for the ppp back in April of 2020 and was denied and the sba was the one who sent me to the EIDL program due to the circumstances. My case manager told me the tax documentation was to prove small business legitimacy and to calculate the loan amount. Also on my 4506t they had the past 2 years auto filled on the form. My tier 2 said I may need an affidavit explaining that my sole prop was operational but due to medical circumstances a temporary leave was taken. Which is 100% legitimate, I had to be closer to home and once my son was born I had every intention of going back to my normal contracts. What's wild is my son was born 3-3-2020 and a week and 2 days later all my contracts hit the brakes and we are still in a freeze.

Again I respect your opinion but I don't see where in the guidelines my 1099s from 2017 and 2019 would disqualify me.

If you have an excerpt from the guidelines please share it so I can reach out to my attorney to get this figured out. But as I stated my case manager and tier 2 both seemed like my case was validated.
