EIDL Lawsuit - Go on record to protect your claim

I wonder how “may request” is interpreted as somehow being entitled to receive $10,000. MAY REQUEST. Which you did, when you checked the box on the application. The ONLY obligation they have is to not give you more than a $10,000 forgiven advance.

I’ve got a small, new business. That $10k would be highly appreciated by me and if there were ANY grounds to go after it, I would. I sincerely wish we could all get it. (Yes, I know $10k is pocket change for a lot of you guys).

If someone has found something (to which no one has made reference to yet), I would greatly appreciate a page number section reference.

Page 67, lines 7 - 10 It states that an eligible business MAY REQUEST an advance subject to paragraph 3, which only says that it cannot be more than $10,000.

I’m on your side. I really am. But, where is your argument? I don’t see one.
